Strengths and Experience of Individual Requested: 5 Star Resort in Sharm Sheikh, Egypt • Experience in the same or similar position at a luxury hotel. • Provide assistance to executive chef in all ramifications • Oversee kitchen operations, which must be done in accordance with the organization’s standards • Update the work schedule to be assigned to each staff member. • Ensure junior chefs adhere strictly to recipe review program of the organization • Properly monitor staff / cooks’ working hours • Be available to oversee loading and to control fresh food quality • Provide all-important training to newly hired cooks and record how they progress • Maintain consistency and quality in food taste in line with photos and recipes. • Provide daily food requisitions to ensure adequate provisions are made for next day’s cooking • Ability to manage and control other members of kitchen staff • Ability to direct and plan food preparation • Must be well aware of HACCP expectations and ensure high standards of hygiene and work methods are met • Experience in scheduling to ensure kitchen receive adequate manning • Ability to provide consistent food quality Excellent compensation package – negotiable based on experiences and skills For matching profiles; please send CV in confidence to: inas@cha-international.com
