Safety &Security Manager/ Malaysia /Island Versatile Safety &Security Manager for a 5* resort Malaysia . Requirements: •Must have at least 5 years of hands on experiences in the security and safety industry • Preferably manager specializing in security/armed forces/protective services or equivalent • Possess a Bachelor\\\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Protective Services & Management (or equivalent) • Minimum 2 years successful track record at a managerial level • Excellent communications skill for both written and verbal. Multiple language skills are preferred but English and Bahasa is a must • Must have full working knowledge of running a department and reporting formats required • Able to work under pressure • Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player • Pleasant personality with good organizational skills • Excellent and proven problem solving skills • Understanding and ability to utilize statistical methods and models • To develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures • Strong analytical and documentation skills • Ability to hit the ground running and deliver operational efficiency and improvement • Ability to lead a team of security personnel towards achieving security objective • Ability to lead specific service projects and managing them until completion • Ability to perform root cause analysis and investigation • Ability to perform risk and hazard analysis • OSHA knowledge • Maintain close liaison and rapport with relevant Government Enforcement Agencies • Highly motivated, physically fit and committed • Meticulous, result oriented, strong leadership skills and investigation techniques • Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity and excellent work ethic • Firm and tactful when dealing with people • Independent and self-motivated with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to train as such in the team • Energetic, result-oriented and prepared to face challenges – irrelevant of consequences • Resourceful and reliable in meeting objectives and expectations • Actions and implements training resolves on a daily basis to ensure an excellent working department. • Actions Disciplinary procedures in conjunction with the hotels policies and procedures. • Must be able to succession plan to ensure department continuity and standards The position offers a competitive compensation package plus usual expat benefits like housing, Medical, paid vacation, tickets, etc. Please submit your up-to-date resume incl. a recent photo to nancy@cha-international.com cc sam@cha-international.com Please note only candidates fitting above description and providing ALL requirement will be considered
