Executive Sous Chef at Prestigious Cairo 5 Star Hotel • Five or more progressive Senior Chef Experience in a leading resort or hotel, and have experience in a high-end lifestyle brand with international exposure. • Prior experience as an Exec Chef - at least 3 years in this job role • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable. • Middle East experience is preferred but not a must EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:- • HACCP and all hygiene standards. • Developing standardized recipes. • Training and development of his team. • Full P&L and food cost. • Hiring new team members. • Menu development. • Working on new concepts. RELEVANT INFORMATION :- • The hotel has a team of 80 chefs and 25 stewards. • The hotel has 7 food and beverage outlets. • One ballroom for 300 covers. • One new ballroom under design stage for 600 • 6 meeting rooms • Summer terrace operation consisting of three different concepts.
