Restaurant Manager My client is in the process of introducing a new restaurant /patisserie concept to Bahrain and requires a Restaurant Manager capable to handle this very prestigious restaurant. The ideal candidate has good experience in managing small, but very elegant fine dining outlets like Tea Rooms and classic Café’ s either free standing or part of a 5* hotel, is 100% hands-on and has an exceptional eye for detail. A willingness to teach and mentor, patience and diplomacy, exceptionally creativity and out of the box thinking are desirable attributes. You are able to communicate easily and comfortably in Arabic (a must have requirement) and English with guest and feel comfortable in your “Mine Host” position.
