Executive Chef My client is in the process of introducing a new, European restaurant /patisserie concept to Bahrain and requires a highly experienced, top of the line, preferably European Executive Chef. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in elegant 5 star light dining restaurants, Tea rooms, Café’s, etc. gained in the finest houses in Europe and or Gulf. Substantial 5* experience, an exceptional eye for detail, a willingness to teach and mentor, patience and diplomacy, exceptionally creativity and out of the box thinking are desirable attributes. You are able to communicate easily and comfortably with clients and guest and feel comfortable spending time in the public areas. Fluency in English is a must, good working knowledge in French is highly desirable and advantages. The position carries an above average compensation plus usual expat benefits.
