Executive Pastry Chef My client is in the process of introducing a new, European restaurant /patisserie concept to Bahrain and requires a highly experienced, top of the line, preferably French Executive Pastry Chef. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in French Patisserie, Chocolate work and Sugar work, gained in the finest houses in Europe combined with patisserie and chocolate retail. Substantial 5* experience, an exceptional eye for detail, a willingness to teach and mentor, patience and diplomacy, exceptionally creative and out of the box thinking are desirable attributes. You are able to communicate easily and comfortably with clients and guest and feel comfortable to spend time in the retail outlet, explaining the various products available. Fluency in English is a must, good working knowledge in French is highly desirable and advantages. The position carries an above average compensation plus usual expat benefits.
