General Manager CHA has been mandated to identify highly experienced General Managers for an excellent 4* midsize business hotel in Cairo. As General Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of guest service and product and maximise the financial profitability of the property. You will report to the Chairman. Proven GM experience with similar properties and excellent language skills in English and German are essential. You must be able to communicate well on owners level and previous experience in dealing with owners is important. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but is not essential, however previous Gulf / GCC / Middle East experience is required. This is a hands on role - you will be required to actively participate in the sales efforts and generally move the product, service and associated returns up to standard and beyond.
