This is a senior position and could even be upgraded to EAM for the right candidate. The compensation on offer reflects the seniority of the position. The property features 5 F&B outlets, numerous Banquet and Conference facilities and extensive outside catering. This position is best suited for candidates with excellent local and International exposure in top 4 & 5* properties. Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to resolve problems are an important requirement for this position.
