The right candidate must obviously be Muslim, with no less than 6 years experience as Executive Chef in large 5* operations, able to cope with the pressure of the high season in Makah and must be fluent in English, This property features – aside from nearly 900 rooms - very extensive Banqueting facilities and several restaurants. Must have experience with different nationalities and be familiar with managing huge number of people, at times up to 700 culinary staff.
