General Manager CHA has been mandated to source highly experienced General Managers for a soon to open 5* property in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As General Manager of this full service hotel, providing all the services and amenities expected of a 5* hotel you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of guest service and product and maximise the financial profitability of the property. You will report to the COO, ensuring all corporate polices and procedures are adhered to. Proven GM experience and pre-opening experience is required and excellent communication skill in Arabic & English are essential, previous KSA and/or GCC experience is rather important. You must be able to communicate well with owners and previous experience in dealing with owners is important. This is a hands on role - you will be required to actively participate in the recruiting efforts, training, sales efforts and generally move the product, service and associated returns up to standard and beyond. You are able to work independently, are a great people person and an outstanding host. The position offers an excellent compensation package.
