My client is looking for a FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER, Ex-Com member, reporting directly to the GM in this 150+ key well recognized and respected international 5* brand Business Hotel property with 2 Restaurants, 1 Bar and top-notch Banquet activity in a Central American Metropolitan city. The compensation for this assignment is set at USD 3000 net monthly, plus accommodation assistance of USD 800 net, relocation, life and medical insurance and a possible annual bonus of 20% of your gross salary. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate well in Spanish and have experience in a similar operation. Culinary (Chef) background is preferred but not necessary. As mentioned, this operation is successful and the candidate must feel comfortable in a busy operation and therefore lead and organize with ease.
