Food & Beverage Manager A 4*, 320 rooms resort with multi cuisine restaurants. Your background consists of a steady progression through the Food & Beverage department, expertise in planning/organizing themed events and excellent overall knowledge of F&B operation with at least 4 to 5 years F&B Manager experience in top of the line 4 star resort properties and a solid determination to succeed. Previous experience in the geographical region would be a definite advantages. Excellent communication skills in English, plus good working knowledge of either Italian or German is a MUST HAVE attribute. You are a mentor and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
