Food & Beverage required for 5 * international flagged luxury Hotel in Djibouti The property features approx. 250 rooms, 12 Food & Beverage outlets, substantial banquet facilities and extensive public areas Current and previous experience in a similar position in luxury, leading Hotels in Africa and/or Middle East / Gulf is highly advantages The ideal candidate will be single, European trained, communicates well in French and English, is passionate about his/her “vocation”, out-going, hands-on, dynamic, creative and out of the box thinking. He/she must be able to handle the day to day operation with a minimum of supervision to allow the Dir. F&B time to concentrate on the “Big Picture” A professional leader with above average people skill. You enjoy training, mentoring and leading local talents to assist you and you enjoy working in a team environment, breaking down barriers between different levels of staff, making everyone feel equally important.
