The F&B operation is a very important part of the total experience offered. Guest can savour Asian, African, European and Arab cuisine or enjoy refreshments at one of six bars. The hotel feature more than 12 F&B outlets. The ideal candidate is single/married but no children and speaks fluent French & English. His/her background include current/past 5* experience in leading Hotels/Resorts in Africa and/or Middle East / Gulf in a similar position. You are hands-on and don’t mind getting your hands dirty on occasions. You work closely with your team, you lead by example, enjoy mentoring and training and you are comfortable working within a different cultural environment.
