Director Operation, Tanzania My client is looking to hire a highly experience Director of Operations for his two branded properties in Tanzania and Zanzibar, a approx. 150 room city hotel with various F&B outlets, Banquet facilities and public areas and a boutique resort in Zanzibar with the usual resort amenities. As the Director Operations of these international flagged properties you are responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of guest services and to maximize the financial profitability of the property, reporting to the Board of Directors, ensuring all corporate policies and procedures are adhered to. The ideal candidate will be an established Hotelier with a experience in high end four / five star international brands, has a degree in Hotel/Business, is a excellent communicator in English and preferably one other European language and understands the cultural and traditional intricacies of this geographical location in addition to: • Experience achieving business results within a multinational environment • Experience with multiple properties • A sound track record in motivating, managing and mentoring others at all levels of the organization, through inspiration, clear communication, being able to articulate the big picture and clearly define objectives • Above average understanding and experience in dealing with Owners/Directors If you wish to be a member of a dynamic leadership team, I look forward to hearing from you!
