GENERAL MANAGER PROFILE • The applicant should be used to working in hard ship locations under sometimes difficult circumstances • The applicant can be single or married without children as schooling is difficult. • The applicant is to be expected a mature gentleman at an age of between 45-55 years. • The applicant, being based in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan should be extrovert in personality as entertainment and attending high profile functions are frequent. • The applicant should be an all rounder with good knowledge in F&B (8 Restaurants) and sales & marketing. • Previous work experience in the occidental areas would be considered an advantage. • The applicant must be completely fluent in English; any other language would be considered advantageous. Client wants the candidate to be European, Asian or Occidental. • The applicant must be fully conversant with the budgeting process and the financial management of the hotel i.e. revenue and cost management • The applicant must be able together with his team to prepare a sound Sales & Marketing Business Plan • The applicant must be willing to sign up for a period of at least 2 years. • The applicant will have full board and is required to stay in the hotel in a suitable apartment. • The applicant will be provided with a company car usually driven by a driver of the hotel. • The applicant will, after the successful completion of one year, be entitled for him and his spouse a return airfare to his country of origin in business class • The applicant and his spouse will be provided free medical care to the equivalent of 1 month’s salary. • The applicant will be provided with a free mobile phone for business purposes.
