A 4* hotel is looking for a DIRECTOR OF FRONT OFFICE for the opening of it\'s new property in Doha, Qatar. The hotel is scheduled to open during the first quarter of 2010. It features 388 rooms & 12 suites, 6 F&B outlets, fitness center, pool and spa. 2 ballrooms & 4 meeting rooms. As Director of Front Office, you are responsible for all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations and to maximize hotel revenue while deliver excellence at every opportunity. The role involves controlling the availability of rooms and the day-to-day functions of the Front Office, such as handling guest arrival and departure, information requests. The candidate should have at least 2 years experience in a large size property with an exposure in the Middle East. The role will be reporting to the GM and responsible for 39 supporting staff in the department.
