Edward  holds in a degree in hotel Management, as well as many technical and industry trainings with Hilton, Sheraton and Rosewood Hotels & resorts. Furthermore, in 1983, he was one of the first ones to obtain the Diploma of  Hotel Management (CHA) from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel and Lodging Association.

He has Extensive background in international and domestic hotel management, from operations as well as Development of new projects.  Opened numerous high quality hotels in many parts of the world from planning and design to complete turnkey. Held the positions of General Manager, Managing Director, Group director of New Projects and developments and Most recent Vice President/Group Director of Operations. Very strong in Food & beverage, Marketing and revenue management.

He also in 1988 had Hospitality Recruiting and Consulting firm in Irvine, California, USA

Besides working in the USA, he worked in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe in different capacities with many international 5 star hotel chains, as well as independent hotels running large high volume luxury operations, Resorts, Airport and major Convention hotels.

During his extensive career, he achieved all the objectives set forth in terms of revenue and profits through effective Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and strong team leadership. Elevated properties to a higher international rating (5 star) and received an Award in 2004 "The MENA Golden Award for the best New corporate hotel in the Middle east & North Africa"
