Education in General Management and Executive Team development with TQM structure and implementation The Career Development Institute, New York.

The foundation of the professional career started in his home town Berlin Germany. Through twenty-five years of executive management positions with Hilton International, Kempinski and Warwick Hotels at both Hotel operation and corporate level including the planning, opening and managing 4 and 5 Star luxury Hotels and Country Resort Clubs in Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Highlights in his career incorporates the General Manager appointment of the Waldorf, Astoria, New York & the General Manager position at the Paris Hilton as well the Kempinski Vier Jahreszeiten Muenchen as well as the Bristol Kempinski Berlin. Such included the refurbishing and extension of operations in those parts of the world.
