Naif possesses a strong leadership, and has an extensive knowledge in hotel management and in multinational environment as well he has considerable expertise in finance and accounting in the hospitality industry with strong understanding of quality service and customer satisfactions. Naif has always Maintained excellent public relations within business community and abroad.

Holding a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, from the University of Lebanon, Naif is also a Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive by the AHMA- EI, of USA.  After eighteen years of exploration and steady advancement in the accounting division of the Hospitality industry with major International chains and majority with ITT Sheraton and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. In 1998 Naif evolved to operation and into General Manager for Sheraton and on to Le Meridien Hotels.

His vast hotel experience at various countries UAE, Lebanon, Qatar, Yemen, Iraq, Oman, Jordan and Belgium has enhanced his culture exposures / awareness.  Naif can be reached at naif@cha-international.com

Zuhair was graduated from the advanced college of tourism professions Rhodes, Greece in 1978. He then started his professional path in the hospitality industry with several International Hotel Chains in various locations and departments, ending up in the Training and Human Resources Department for the last 18 years of his long career in the industry.

Zuhair had successfully directed major hiring campaigns for openings of many Five Stars Hotels carrying International Chains names in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Palestine and of course in his native Jordan .

Zuhair fluently speaks English, Greek and Arabic, and is a Human Resources specialist with proven success in the industry. With his connections around the globe together with his wide and solid experience in the field especially in human Resources and training Zuhai is now a fine addition to the CHA International team.
