Born in a town near Milan (Italy); Massimo studied tourism and recreation in the economic capital of Italy after which he moved to London and Edinburgh for English language school / enhancements.

When the England?s experience was concluded Massimo started as a tour operator / guide while living for several years oversees. He has held in the most recent 15 years a verity of key positions in the tourism sector including event organizer / management during which he developed his know-how in the service and hospitality industry.

While working in 5 continents Massimo was exposed to all types of cultures and ways of paradigms; hence, mastering his international service skills.

Since the new millennium Massimo worked as a consultant, a recruiter and a marketing developer while focusing on the Recreation division of tourism?s entertainment including a strong base of clients in Greece, Italy and Germany.
