Dr. Saker's field related education, complements his Thirty three years of responsible and progressive experience in the Hospitality Industry including 20 years in the United States of America, fourteen years of which as a General Manager with Holiday Corporation, Forte Hotels International and most recent with Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites. In 1998, as the president and partner, Dr. Saker established (and responsible for) the continued development and growth of CHA International "Consultants of Hospitality Administrators" Company, through his alert base of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation while serving the Hotel and Hospitality Industry Worldwide.

Being   President, and Partner of CHA-International, Dr. Saker has expanded to from Egypt's Offices to the Dubai Media City office, UAE in 2002. In 2004 the USA, California office was launched, Then the Stuttgart Germany and Maldives offices in March 2006. The Doha, Qatar office was announced in December 2006. in 2007 the Berlin office was launched, followed by Shanghai, China, Seattle Washington, Cancun, Mexico, Ontario Canada and Las Vegas Nevada. The annual Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Travel Awards event is just another prove of Dr. Saker's commitment to Hospitality Industry and passion for its cause. Organized by Dr. Saker the Oscar like event is held every May at Al; Bustan Rotana in Dubai along side with the Arab Travel Market trade show (ATM)

As a Certified Hotel Administrator by Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel Association, Dr. Saker is an individual who is notorious "to make a true difference".  Dr. Saker received his B.Sc. in Administration / Accounting from Egypt, and achieved his MBA degree courses, focusing on International Marketing, from U.S.I.U. "United States International University", in San Diego.   In addition, over the years, he received an extensive amount of industry related educational courses and programs as well as Certifications from various industry and management institutes, including Cornell University, Holiday Inn University, Dale Carnegie, UCLA, AH&MA-EI, and California Restaurant Association. In June of 2002 he attained, with honour, his Ph.D in Hotel Management from Parkwood University (division of USIU).

Mrs. Nergis Meurer was born in Turkey ?where east meets west?, in Bursa which is in the northwest region of the country. Just after she got her degree in Business Administration in her homeland she traveled to England where she got her degree in English.
Her impressive career in the hospitality business started when she was a university student in London and then became her main profession when she returned home. Nergis has worked her way up from being a ?receptionist to a position of Director of Sales at the Celik Palas then managed by an international chain.
Nergis has vast experience in Front Office operations, Sales and Marketing and media relations as part of her hotel experience. Her exposure to human resources and employment side of the business started when she was training and nurturing her own team when it was growing bigger and bigger alongside with the hotel?s, then new strategies. She personally conducted English classes and various sales trainings within her department. Nergis later on joined her HR colleagues in supporting local tourism schools both high and college levels, by giving seminars and even at some stage she took up full time teaching in one of the hotel schools. This was when Nergis discovered her next step, having achieved great deal in her own field, would be to serve the backbone of the service and hospitality industry: the human factor! Nergis spent 2 years in Egypt where she met the team of the Globe?s Finest Executive Search Firm, CHA International.

Started with bank of Alexandria (Ex. Barclays Bank0 joined NCR as programmer in 1970, then joined Meridien Cairo (opening 1973) Jeddah as Asst. Financial Controller (opening) , Abu Dhabi as financial controller, followed by Sheraton Abu Dhabi for 11 years. After 16 years in the Gulf I returned to Egypt and worked in the Red Sea for Accor, Coral Bay , coral Beach (Rotana) as Area Financial Controller. He is now Full time consultant with CHA international Since January 2002 to present.

Patricia received the fine dining experiences at the following facilities:

Comte De Mercy ? Li?e Deluxe fine dining restaurant / two years at H?el Saint Roch ? Ardennes Deluxe fine dining restaurant ? one star Michelin /  Seasonal Ma?re d?H?el at l?Ecailler Restaurant ? Li?e Food styling. She also has a solid overall view of the hotel industry through International HOTEL chains and deluxe Relais et Ch?eau as well as owned businesses in Belgium and Switzerland. She lived in the Middle East for over 8 years and she is very familiar with the region?s hospitality industry

Patricia is fluent in French, English, and Italian. She also has the ability to communicate in Arabic. Her extensive and seasoned Hospitality experience includes the housekeeping department; at Le Meridien Pyramids hotel in Giza, Egypt.  Patricia has recently joined our team at the Cairo office breaking throu the Recruitment industry, into which she brings not only global experience but a true desire to be of service / bringing together the best companies with outstanding candidates.

Miss Vania Bosque is a graduated of the Panamericana de Hoteleria University in Mexico with a BA degree in Hotel Management.

At the early part of her career she started at the Sevilla Palace Hotel in the sales department where she was involved in the organization of the events, shows, presentations and PR activities.

Miss Bosque expanded her Hospitality skills in the Human Resources and recruitment division with the HQ Global Workplaces, an International Hospitality Business Centers company; where she was in charge of the recruitment, selection, training, evaluations and internal communication of the company's 7 centers in Mexico.

Miss Bosque continued her vast Hospitality career with FIMEX Corporation, a group of six Time Share Hotels and Resorts in Mexico, during which she developed a focused Training Programs for the entire Group, as well as supervising the CR projects and the Sales Operations. Ms. Eglal Amin graduated in The Faculty of Arts - European Studies' Dept. (Greek & Latin) , as well as a Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. She also received a Pre-Toefl Certificate from the American University in Cairo.

Miss Mayada Al-Khateeb is a Lebanese graduate of the American University of Beirut. Moreover, she got her IATA Diploma in Airline Studies in year 2000, after completing 4 self-teach courses (Airline Finance & Accounting Management, Customer Service, Airline Marketing and Airline Station Management: exams taken in Geneva & Dubai). She worked in diversified fields and practiced her hobby of studying a bunch of languages at language cultural centers in Beirut. She followed her dream of wanting to be in Egypt and continued her career path in Sinai Peninsula ... by working for Baron Resort Sharm El-Sheikh as the "Executive Secretary". Mayada expanded her scope of knowledge by working for a while in Dubai, U.A.E. .....and finally landed in Cairo to join CHA family as an Assistant Consultant. After graduating from Hotel Management in the year 1998 Alpana Started her hotel career with Oberoi's as Housekeeping Supervisor and moved on for further career growth with Banyan Tree Seychelles as Assistant Executive Housekeeper and was promoted as Executive Housekeeper within 9 month. She then moved to take on a special challenge within the group to open a hospital in Kuwait which featured all luxury hotel services serving mostly to all the Sheikhs families in and around the region.

To enhance her career further in the field she moved to Egypt with SONESTA HOTEL as Executive Housekeeper, successfully opened there luxury addition of 150 rooms and that's where she met Dr Sam Saker and decided to move step further, change her career path and join CHA International -Globes Finest Executive Search Firm as consultant.

Eva was born & raced in Berlin, the heart of Germany, where she started her career in the legendary Hotel "Adlon" the flag ship from the Kempinski Group as a apprentice, the mile stone where set & her passion was born for the Hospitality Industry. During almost over 10 years F&B experience within the Kempinski Company , her way brought her to Spain / Marbella where she established & created a whole new Bar-Culture within her first Management role, followed by Switzerland/St. Moritz where she was part of the opening Team. Eva has enjoyed experiencing the world of 5* Hotel Chain's further more in Turkey, Kuwait, the UAE, the East & West cost of the US & Qatar which was her last esteemed  business experience for almost 3 years in the Management world of F&B within the Intercontinental family.

Eva speaks fluent German, English & Spanish & she is considered particularly skilled in managing relationships& making the impossible possible, where a will is away.

Hanan studied English Literature, and had a B.A degree from the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University. Later, she started her career as a hotelier, as she had her first Front Office training in Nile Hilton, Cairo, and then moved to Sofitel Le Sphinx to work in front office and Reservation for almost two years.
Having been well trained to offer professional customer care for guests in the hotel business, Hanan resumed her career as Senior Customer Care Representative in Click GSM –now Vodafone Egypt – then moved internally as a Senior Administrative Assistant.
Having the ambition to advance with her career, and the passion to help people with their careers, Hanan was interested in HR, and particularly in Recruitment, So she studied Human Resources Management and earned a Professional Diploma in 2005 from AUC, and submitted graduation paper on “Internet Recruitment”.
Thanks to her distinguished communications skills, and constant assistance to the PR team in Vodafone, Hanan was offered a position as Public Relations Specialist and then got promoted to a Senior Specialist. To advance her skills, Hanan had the extensive and customized course “Effective Public Relations for a Professional Image” from AUC, and, Essentials of Public Relations & Communication in IIR ME, Dubai, and Media Training in American Chamber in Cairo.

After completing 9 years as a loyal family member of Vodafone Egypt, Hanan moved to Alex Bank- part of Intesa Sanpoalo Group, where she worked as Senior Officer and Head of Internal Communications in June 2009.

Sarita has been born and brought up in Gujarat, Western Part of India. Having done her Post Graduation in Computer Science; she started her career with Systems Plus India (P) Ltd as a Programmer. She got an opportunity to be a part of Business Development Team within the same organisation and continued to accentuate her expertise in BD. Then she moved to Mumbai and got associated with Infoton Systems and Services (P) Ltd. Over a period of time Sarita has gained ample knowledge in Business Development domain, and is eager to expand her horizon in the field of Hospitality & IT solutions.
With the knowledge of IT and business development in Local as well as International Market, she has excelled in Client Servicing. She is a great team player with a unique blend of social and persuasive skills.
