A Graduate of the University of Alexandria, a CHT (Certified Hospitality Trainer) and a faculty member with the American Hotel & Lodging Association in USA Mr. Escaros has been involved in hospitality management training as a college instructor and head of the hospitality management department.

Ranking to Hotel General Manager's post during his career in the Middle East and North America Mr. Escaros various endeavours includes Airline Flight Services Director, Cruise Ship Director, Director of Sales & Marketing, Rooms Division Manager and Restaurant chains management. He has secured the hospitality proficiency including openings with several international Hotel chains, through Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Choice Hotels International among others. Mr. Escaros vast practices gives him in-depth understanding of our clients' requirements when it comes to appointing top executives as well as direct our candidates to the fitting career path.
