corporate / multi unit level with Proven track record of
success in opening / re-opening and operating four and
five star properties in Canada, the Caribbean, Africa,
Asia and Middle East.
Heinz is a graduate
of the Hotel University of Munich, Germany (Hotel
Management) and Buxton University, London (BA.Com. Hotel
Management). He has been a General Manager in Canada,
Africa, (Kenya), the Caribbean & Egypt. Corporate & Unit
Director of Food & Beverage in Canada, the Caribbean,
Africa and Middle East (Kuwait), Executive Chef in
Canada, Bermuda and Caribbean.
