Anton is  a Graduate and holder of: Certificate of Specialisation in Accounting and Financial Management, Certificate with Honours of Specialisation in Management Development.Diploma Hotel Management from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel

Association " Diploma with Honours", CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator) (June 1988) from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging  Association and Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business

He has been in the operations of the Hotel Industry since 1971 to with extensive experience in Five Star Hotels. He carried the responsibilities of Regional Financial controller for the Mediterranean region before working at The Intercontinental in Barcelona as Resident Manager and the Holiday Inn Madrid as General Manger.

Besides working in Jerusalem, Libreville, Lisbon, Barcelona and Madrid Anton has carried special assignments in China and Australia to help the opening of hotels and setting up standards as well as training of accounting staff, as well; in hotels with financial difficulties managing turnaround operations from loss to profits. He has managed to obtain the first accreditation of Investors in People Program in Spain.

Additionally, he has worked on the opening of Hilton Hotel in Toledo and Mallorca while setting the Accounting departments to report as per the Uniform System of Accounts and local requirements.

Anton has extensive knowledge in running restaurants starting from location survey to up running operations. He also conducted special assignments such as clustering of purchasing for Spain and Italy with significant results for the participated hotels. Not to mention that he conducted reviews to enhance revenues in all areas as well as reduction of costs.
