Lina Roseli is a talented
business individual with extensive Operations Management
& Organizational Growth skills and entrepreneurial
background. She has enjoyed an unusually diverse 12 year
business career with a unique blend of education,
experience, and expertise. Lina began her hospitality
career first at American Express Travel Inc. in Hawaii
and then in Singapore. Her career diversity spanning the
service, travel/aviation, retail and entertainment
industry across many continents has provide her a global
perspective on business issues. Her recent experience
includes management consulting projects with luxury
resort developers in Bali, Indonesia. She helped
planned, developed business plans and secured funding
for and managed two organizations. This involved
management of staffs of 40-100 people, responsibility
for approximately 20 million dollars annually,
developing and administering large fiscal and
administrative systems, developing and utilizing
computerized management information systems,
relationships with boards of directors, and managing
media and public relations. A first class Bachelor's
Degree in Business Management from Hawaii Pacific
University provides a good background for understanding
management theory and human relations part of
management. Over ten years hands-on experience as a
senior management provides the necessary understanding
of the practical side of management.
She is considered
particularly skilled in managing relationships and
helping companies during the difficult challenges of
change. She is a strong and enthusiastic motivator, and
