Marianna started and developed her professional
career with multinational FMCG companies, where she
worked on various sales, marketing and business
development positions.
After obtaining her MBA degree in Strategic
Management at Kingston University UK, she moved to
the Middle East to pursue new opportunities with an
international hotel chain.
For the past 4 years Marianna has been successfully
performing executive search and recruitment for
corporate and hospitality sectors worldwide; three
of which with CHA International.
Marianna is highly professional with over 12 years
of experience in FMCG, hospitality and recruitment
fields both in Russia and abroad. She now returns to
