Has a Master Degree in the field of Food Science & Technology, from NWFP University Peshawar Pakistan.

His vast experience includes  Multinational Companies as Area Manager (Sales and marketing) for over 2 years, developing dealers and distributors network in the assigned territories, raising and creating new opportunities in the market for the company by strengthening and expanding the market place Network.

He Joined Hospitality Sector  after receiving his Diploma in Hotel Management from the Austrian Institute in Pakistan known as Pakistan Austrian Institute of Hotel Management (PAITHOM).

Starting at the 5 star Resort in Maldives in the HR Operations, with a successful career path he gained the opportunity to grow as the General Manager for Shangri-La Resort Skardu Pakistan.

In October 2008 he launched the Institute of Hotel Management to train new generation of the un-developed areas of the Pakistan, hence, to join Hospitality sector and reduced un-employment and poverty in the Region. He also invested in Zuhzar Group, under which an Event management company and the foresaid Institute is operating.

Zawar has great communication, inter & Intra-personal skills, management qualities, team spirit, and excellent approach towards Human Resource Operations which has enabled him career goals.
