Dr. Sam Saker

President of Consultants of Hospitality Administrators CHA International

Dr. Saker's field related education, complements his Thirty three years of responsible and progressive experience in the Hospitality Industry including 20 years in the United States of America, fourteen years of which as a General Manager with Holiday Corporation, Forte Hotels International and most recent with Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites. In 1998, as the president and partner, Dr. Saker established (and responsible for) the continued development and growth of CHA International ?Consultants of Hospitality Administrators? Company, through his alert base of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation while serving the Hotel and Hospitality Industry Worldwide.

Being   President, and Partner of CHA-International, Dr. Saker has expanded to from Egypt's Offices to the Dubai Media City office, UAE in 2002. In 2004 the USA, California office was launched, Then the Stuttgart Germany and Maldives offices in March 2006. The Doha, Qatar office was announced in December 2006. in 2007 the Berlin office was launched, followed by Shanghai, China, Seattle Washington, Cancun, Mexico, Ontario Canada and Las Vegas Nevada. The annual Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Travel Awards event is just another prove of Dr. Saker's commitment to Hospitality Industry and passion for its cause. Organized by Dr. Saker the Oscar like event is held every May at Al; Bustan Rotana in Dubai along side with the Arab Travel Market trade show (ATM)

As a Certified Hotel Administrator by Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel Association, Dr. Saker is an individual who is notorious ?to make a true difference?.  Dr. Saker received his B.Sc. in Administration / Accounting from Egypt, and achieved his MBA degree courses, focusing on International Marketing, from U.S.I.U. "United States International University", in San Diego.   In addition, over the years, he received an extensive amount of industry related educational courses and programs as well as Certifications from various industry and management institutes, including Cornell University, Holiday Inn University, Dale Carnegie, UCLA, AH&MA-EI, and California Restaurant Association. In June of 2002 he attained, with honour, his Ph.D in Hotel Management from Parkwood University (division of USIU).

Nergis Meurer

Consultant

Mrs. Nergis Meurer was born in Turkey ?where east meets west?, in Bursa which is in the northwest region of the country. Just after she got her degree in Business Administration in her homeland she traveled to England where she got her degree in English.
Her impressive career in the hospitality business started when she was a university student in London and then became her main profession when she returned home. Nergis has worked her way up from being a ?receptionist to a position of Director of Sales at the Celik Palas then managed by an international chain.
Nergis has vast experience in Front Office operations, Sales and Marketing and media relations as part of her hotel experience. Her exposure to human resources and employment side of the business started when she was training and nurturing her own team when it was growing bigger and bigger alongside with the hotel?s, then new strategies. She personally conducted English classes and various sales trainings within her department. Nergis later on joined her HR colleagues in supporting local tourism schools both high and college levels, by giving seminars and even at some stage she took up full time teaching in one of the hotel schools. This was when Nergis discovered her next step, having achieved great deal in her own field, would be to serve the backbone of the service and hospitality industry: the human factor! Nergis spent 2 years in Egypt where she met the team of the Globe?s Finest Executive Search Firm, CHA International.

Chawky El Guanaini

Started with bank of Alexandria (Ex. Barclays Bank0 joined NCR as programmer in 1970, then joined Meridien Cairo (opening 1973) Jeddah as Asst. Financial Controller (opening) , Abu Dhabi as financial controller, followed by Sheraton Abu Dhabi for 11 years. After 16 years in the Gulf I returned to Egypt and worked in the Red Sea for Accor, Coral Bay , coral Beach (Rotana) as Area Financial Controller. He is now Full time consultant with CHA international Since January 2002 to present.

Patricia Camelia

After completing 5 years of hotel management school in Belgium (degree in food and beverage, fine dining specialized and Marketing at the HOTEL SCHOOL IN LIEGE courses included:   KITCHEN SPECIALIZATION / KITCHEN ACOUNTING / MARKETING / OENOLOGY AND WINE SERVICE )

Patricia received the fine dining experiences at the following facilities:

Comte De Mercy ? Li?e Deluxe fine dining restaurant / two years at H?el Saint Roch ? Ardennes Deluxe fine dining restaurant ? one star Michelin /  Seasonal Ma?re d?H?el at l?Ecailler Restaurant ? Li?e Food styling. She also has a solid overall view of the hotel industry through International HOTEL chains and deluxe Relais et Ch?eau as well as owned businesses in Belgium and Switzerland. She lived in the Middle East for over 8 years and she is very familiar with the region?s hospitality industry

Patricia is fluent in French, English, and Italian. She also has the ability to communicate in Arabic. Her extensive and seasoned Hospitality experience includes the housekeeping department; at Le Meridien Pyramids hotel in Giza, Egypt.  Patricia has recently joined our team at the Cairo office breaking throu the Recruitment industry, into which she brings not only global experience but a true desire to be of service / bringing together the best companies with outstanding candidates.

Vania Bosque

Consultant

 

Miss Vania Bosque is a graduated of the Panamericana de Hoteleria University in Mexico with a BA degree in Hotel Management.

At the early part of her career she started at the Sevilla Palace Hotel in the sales department where she was involved in the organization of the events, shows, presentations and PR activities.

Miss Bosque expanded her Hospitality skills in the Human Resources and recruitment division with the HQ Global Workplaces, an International Hospitality Business Centers company; where she was in charge of the recruitment, selection, training, evaluations and internal communication of the company's 7 centers in Mexico.

Miss Bosque continued her vast Hospitality career with FIMEX Corporation, a group of six Time Share Hotels and Resorts in Mexico, during which she developed a focused Training Programs for the entire Group, as well as supervising the CR projects and the Sales Operations. Eglal Amin

Ms. Eglal Amin graduated in The Faculty of Arts - European Studies' Dept. (Greek & Latin) , as well as a Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. She also received a Pre-Toefl Certificate from the American University in Cairo.

She got diversified experiences in Tourism and hospitality fields. In April 2007, Eglal joined CHA International Family as a Corporate  Administrative Assistant then she was promoted to Asst.
