Dr. Sam Saker

President of Consultants of Hospitality Administrators CHA International

Dr. Saker's field related education, complements his Thirty three years of responsible and progressive experience in the Hospitality Industry including 20 years in the United States of America, fourteen years of which as a General Manager with Holiday Corporation, Forte Hotels International and most recent with Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites. In 1998, as the president and partner, Dr. Saker established (and responsible for) the continued development and growth of CHA International ?Consultants of Hospitality Administrators? Company, through his alert base of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation while serving the Hotel and Hospitality Industry Worldwide.

Being   President, and Partner of CHA-International, Dr. Saker has expanded to from Egypt's Offices to the Dubai Media City office, UAE in 2002. In 2004 the USA, California office was launched, Then the Stuttgart Germany and Maldives offices in March 2006. The Doha, Qatar office was announced in December 2006. in 2007 the Berlin office was launched, followed by Shanghai, China, Seattle Washington, Cancun, Mexico, Ontario Canada and Las Vegas Nevada. The annual Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Travel Awards event is just another prove of Dr. Saker's commitment to Hospitality Industry and passion for its cause. Organized by Dr. Saker the Oscar like event is held every May at Al; Bustan Rotana in Dubai along side with the Arab Travel Market trade show (ATM)

As a Certified Hotel Administrator by Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel Association, Dr. Saker is an individual who is notorious ?to make a true difference?.  Dr. Saker received his B.Sc. in Administration / Accounting from Egypt, and achieved his MBA degree courses, focusing on International Marketing, from U.S.I.U. "United States International University", in San Diego.   In addition, over the years, he received an extensive amount of industry related educational courses and programs as well as Certifications from various industry and management institutes, including Cornell University, Holiday Inn University, Dale Carnegie, UCLA, AH&MA-EI, and California Restaurant Association. In June of 2002 he attained, with honour, his Ph.D in Hotel Management from Parkwood University (division of USIU).

Nancy J. Worrick


Nancy Worrick, is a seasoned well-rounded Hospitality Consultant. She is originally from the suburbs of Washington D.C., has lived in Pennsylvania and the New York City Metro area, before discovering her passion for International travel and new experiences, which brought her to her current home in Dubai.

Over the past fifteen years in the hospitality industry, Nancy has worked in a broad variety of properties including boutique historic hotels, select service airport hotels, large 500 Rooms + city center hotels, and new construction branded hotels. Nancy has held positions involved in food and beverage, sales and marketing, reservations, revenue analysis, and quality assurance. While on the property level, she had the opportunity to work for large hotel management companies like Interstate Hotels and Resorts and respected brands including Hilton and Radisson. In contrast, she has also worked directly for independent owners. This unique experience, across a wide variety of markets, has developed a diverse set of skills, with thoughtful understanding, and a broad perspective on the hospitality industry as a whole. She provides hotels insightful feedback with creative, yet practical, solutions that are considerate of the ownership, property management team, and most importantly, the guest. Nancy has a sharp and creative eye allowing her to analyze and highlight the potential and uniqueness of every property and candidate. Prior to joining CHA International, Nancy was consulting throughout the Americas in full service upscale and luxury hotels conducting quality assurance brand audits and quality rating evaluations for hotel brands including Starwood, Marriott, and Hyatt. Currently, she continues to work in a consulting role with CHA International that utilizes her diverse set of skills while allowing the boundless expansion of her experience in multiple areas including executive search. Over twenty five years of career progress in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. Have worked for and in association with international hotel chains such as Sheraton, Hilton, Trust House Forte, Leading Hotels of the World and Kempinski Hotels & Resorts in different locations and capacities. My market experience and contacts extended from the USA to Australia and from Europe to South East Asia. Have complemented my hotel’s career development with various experiences in finance, restaurant management, tourism , travel , conventions, exhibitions and event management , while holding senior managerial positions with several multi national corporations such as CitiBank, Kuwait Food Company, Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company and the Dubai World Trade Centre LLC.

Have travelled extensively throughout the World and have been a resident of the UAE since 1988 excluding the period of my assignment in East Africa with Hilton International from 1993 to 1997.

My professional emphasis are focused on Business Management & Development, Team Building & Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Product Development and Communication. I have acquired hotel and resort opening experience for properties such as Ramses Hilton, Hilton Fayrouz Village, Luxor Hilton, as well as in projects development from research, planning, design and construction stages through to recruitment, operations and revenue generation. (Sandton Hilton and Durban Hilton International hotels – Republic of South Africa). For the last year till present, as a member of the executive committee, leading the Sales Team as an Executive Director of Sales for the Emirates Palace and the International Conference Centre, one of the most luxerious hotels in the world and definetly an astounding Landmark in the UAE.
