Dr. Saker's field related education, complements his Thirty three years of responsible and progressive experience in the Hospitality Industry including 20 years in the United States of America, fourteen years of which as a General Manager with Holiday Corporation, Forte Hotels International and most recent with Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites. In 1998, as the president and partner, Dr. Saker established (and responsible for) the continued development and growth of CHA International ?Consultants of Hospitality Administrators? Company, through his alert base of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation while serving the Hotel and Hospitality Industry Worldwide.

Being   President, and Partner of CHA-International, Dr. Saker has expanded to from Egypt's Offices to the Dubai Media City office, UAE in 2002. In 2004 the USA, California office was launched, Then the Stuttgart Germany and Maldives offices in March 2006. The Doha, Qatar office was announced in December 2006. in 2007 the Berlin office was launched, followed by Shanghai, China, Seattle Washington, Cancun, Mexico, Ontario Canada and Las Vegas Nevada. The annual Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Travel Awards event is just another prove of Dr. Saker's commitment to Hospitality Industry and passion for its cause. Organized by Dr. Saker the Oscar like event is held every May at Al; Bustan Rotana in Dubai along side with the Arab Travel Market trade show (ATM)

As a Certified Hotel Administrator by Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel Association, Dr. Saker is an individual who is notorious ?to make a true difference?.  Dr. Saker received his B.Sc. in Administration / Accounting from Egypt, and achieved his MBA degree courses, focusing on International Marketing, from U.S.I.U. "United States International University", in San Diego.   In addition, over the years, he received an extensive amount of industry related educational courses and programs as well as Certifications from various industry and management institutes, including Cornell University, Holiday Inn University, Dale Carnegie, UCLA, AH&MA-EI, and California Restaurant Association. In June of 2002 he attained, with honour, his Ph.D in Hotel Management from Parkwood University (division of USIU).

Graduated in Hotel & Business Management from ECSSAC high school in Liege, Belgium, Anne spent two College years in England, to study English, immediately thereafter she started her hospitality career as a Food & Beverage Supervisor post at the Coppid Beech Hotel, an independent 5 Stars Hotel.

To settle in France, she joined the Accor Group in Paris as a Food & Beverage Manager. Then she was promoted to F&B Director for the opening of a Novotel in Lille, France, where she stayed three years progressing her career and experience. She continued with Accor for another three years in Paris at Novotel Gare de Lyon.  

To make a change in her career path while focusing on the hospitality industry career, she accepted the offered position of Corporate Trainer - Academie Accor Asia. The Employee Development Department was over viewing 170 hotels around Asia and French Polynesia. Hence, her most recent three years before joining our team, were invited with Accor Asia contributing and tottering for Hospitality future talents. 

Now in UAE since end of 2008, she becomes a CHA International family member to serve the Hospitality Industry while utilizing her long invested Hotelier expertise.

Arti was born on 24th Sep 1985, in Kanpur, India .She is well-educated, Independent, self-motivated & a friendly person as she has spent 5yrs of her life in a boarding school. Her accomplishments in the field of education were as follows: 2003 -completed SSC in commerce, 2006- complete graduation in B.COM with 1st division from CSJM University, India & also completed Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (HDSE) from Aptech computer Education. She started her career in 2005 and gained 2 yrs experience as Front Office Manager cum Call Centre Trainer in a management & placement consultancy & also got an exposure to recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant for conducting initial interviews for call centre candidates. She shifted in Dubai in April 2007, where she gained 2yrs experience as Course Consultant cum Training Consultant in a Training institute. Thereafter, in 2010- She Completed MBA in HR from Symbiosis, Pune with 'A' Grade. That was when she discovered her next step. Having achieved a great deal in her field, She Met Mr. Sam Saker, President of CHA International -Globes Finest Executive Search Firm & was appointed as a Contracted Recruitment Consultant for his Dubai Office, Located in Media City. Now, as being a Partner and a family member of CHA International she feels honored to be a part of it  & thinks it is tremendously rewarding for her  to be a part of an international company as this was a big opportunity for her for which she was looking for.
