1. 360 APPRAISAL (ANNUAL EVALUATION)-(SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS)
a. Introduction:
Each of the Management team members has a career goal, in
order for each of them to set up their objectives and
identify the steps of his/her PROGRESS, a feed back process
is needed. Feed back from colleagues, subordinates,
managers and yourself is required.
b. Objective:
The end result will be an objective view of each department
head's / manager's skills development needs, with a 360
angle, in order to provide him with the proper training
prior to implementing the program as it requires a healthy
environment, and finally a clear plan will be prepared to
help him/her to design his own career path and ultimately

2. ASSOCIATES (EMPLOYEES) SURVEY:
Designed & Custom made to your specific company's structure
& culture. This unique tool will periodically assist your
upper management / decision makers to identify and measure
their operation's weaknesses, strengths, and management
abilities.
The 3 parts survey includes topics that cover:
- General conditions & works measurements.
- Your immediate manager / supervisor's assessment.

3. MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT:
Utilizing the Myers-Breggs Type Indicator, we will be able
to indicate the entire manager's or supervisor's basis
performance that have far reaching effects on their
management style and productivity level. The MBTI, is based
on an
exercise theory of psychological types. It reports the
individual preferences on four scales. Each scale represents
two
opposite preferences. A full analysis report (which we
provide), will be your tool to determine the manager's
development needs, strengths and areas of concern.
