INTRODUCTION TO THE 360 * TEAM SURVEY
Along with your company's staff / your Front line team's
survey, we conduct the management survey as well (Upper &
Middle management members)
Each of the Management team members, including yourself, has
a career goal with "YOUR COMPANY". in order for each of them
to set up their objectives and identify the steps of his
PROGRESS; a feed back process is needed. The feed back from
your colleagues, superiors and/or subordinates.
The end result of our ASSOCIATES SURVEY will be an objective
view of not only the Department's position / operation
evaluation; but also of each department head's / manager's
skills development needs, with this 360 * evaluation angle,
hence, provide him and his department with the proper tools,
and recommendations prior to implementing a progressive
structure. Such process requires a healthy environment, and
finally a clear plan will be prepared to help each
department achieve its goal and ultimately the department
head to design his / here own
career path.
THINKING POSITIVE
- The faces on the first part of the forms are for Managers
to Superiors were described as YES / NOT SURE / NO.
- The Team member will have the opportunity to further
explain his / her remarks on the comments section, for each
question separately.
- The Team member's honest and indiscriminate opinion is
significant to the Company Team's success.
- The Team member will be requested to answer all questions,
and complete all of the survey's criteria's evaluation.
- This is a confidential and secretive document and will
remain classified with confidence to the best interest of
the team
member specifically and for the Company's team as whole.
